Psychedelic Anime Cult Deity

Create a vertical dark psychedelic anime illustration of character name standing centered in a black formal suit and tie, seen from the waist up, with a calm faint smile and half-lidded eyes. The character is mostly in deep shadow, with glowing rim light around messy golden hair and subtle facial highlights, creating a cult-god or fanatical worship atmosphere. Behind the head, place one enormous full moon or planet like a halo, painted in explosive neon splatter colors: cobalt blue, hot magenta, acid yellow, orange, cyan, and green, with rough painterly texture and dripping paint trails into a nearly black background. Surround the character with exactly 12 disembodied reaching hands from the edges, long pale fingers and dramatic claw-like poses: 2 from the upper left, 2 from the upper right, 2 from the left middle, 3 from the right middle, 1 from the lower left, and 2 from the lower right; make the hands partially lit with white, violet, blue, and pink highlights, as if worshippers are reaching toward the figure. In the foreground at the bottom center, add exactly 1 separate hand holding up flower type; the flower has a thin stem and many layered petals radiating in rainbow neon colors, shining brightest in pink, cyan, yellow, and purple. Use high-contrast black negative space, saturated fluorescent paint splashes, surreal religious iconography, dramatic backlighting, anime key visual composition, intricate hand anatomy, painterly digital brushwork, sharp focus on the central silhouette and flower, no text, no watermark.
