Blue Arcane Spellcaster in Rainy Alley

Create a dramatic vertical anime-style dark fantasy illustration of character name standing in a rain-slicked narrow old-city alley at night, surrounded by warm gas-lamp light and deep blue shadows. She has hair color whipping in the wind, with her face deliberately hidden by a soft square blur for anonymity. She wears a sleek layered outfit color gothic mage outfit: high-collared coat, fitted bodice, belts and buckles, fingerless glove, small leather pouches, hanging charms, and a blue crystal pendant plus small glowing potion bottles at her waist. Her right hand is thrust toward the viewer in foreshortened perspective, casting a brilliant magic color arcane spell made of one large circular magic sigil, several concentric rings, rune-like markings, geometric lines, star points, and many swirling light trails wrapping around her body. The wet cobblestone street reflects the lamps and blue magic, with rain streaks, mist, cinematic rim lighting, sparkling particles, high contrast, ultra-detailed painterly rendering, sharp fabric and leather textures, dynamic composition, fantasy action atmosphere, and a small subtle artist-style monogram watermark in the lower right.
